Introduction

I want to do personal growth work. I think it would be nice to do it in the context of like minded individuals.

What specifically draws you to this group?

I want to be the best I can be. We can always grow more listening to others and when asked to focus on ourselves.

What would you like to learn and discover in this group?

how to take a negative situation that makes me angry and somewhat bitter and learn how to either see the positive in it or learn how to let it go, as I feel somewhat stuck. I am too easily brought back to reliving trauma/reacting to a mental abuser.
