For those searching for healing methods beyond the traditional physician & medication treatment, this is one way to receive satisfaction. We learned several relaxation techniques and ways to be aware of the negativity in our every day lives and how to turn them around. We learned about "untying the knots(nots)" in our lives so we will become more positive. One very important thing that I personally learned is that we wake up with what we sleep with. I have noticed that some mornings I wake up feeling ready to conquer the world and other mornings I feel like the world tromped on my bones during the night. I have to learn to turn off TV after Letterman and do my new meditation exercise.

I was wondering if you are still going to be interested in going to my Misericordia Dinner? I am fairly new to this group, and am not sure if they are going to post this as an event. I have sent the info. to both Alice and Shelly and have not seen it posted. It is a shame since Misericordia is such a wonderful home for the disabled.
