Calling all drummers. I belong to the Chicago Suburban Drum Circle http://www.meetup.com... and they are having an end of June drum circle on Saturday June 26, 2010. Come on out and have some fun. If you do not drum, no problem. Stop by and enjoy good energy and music.

We're all set for our May drum circle. Given the (hopefully) great weather, we'll be holding this circle outside at Barrington Road Pond on Saturday, May 29 at 4pm. For those who have already attended, this park is only a few minutes North of Gymkhana.
Remember it would be wise to bring chairs and sunscreen, any type of picnic supplies if you like.

As usual, we will bring our bag of percussion goodies. But extra drums and noisemakers are welcome (and appreciated!). Also, we do not have any chairs, so if you want to sit anywhere other than the cool grass, please feel free to bring your own.
Finally, as long as we don't get rained out, there will be NO CHARGE for this circle since we don't have to rent a room from Gymkhana! Of course, donations are welcome and will help keep us going in those chilly winter months :)
