Cooking For Your Chakras with Chef John Biank
In this relaxed multipurpose class, you will learn about the foods that help balance our 7 Chakras. We will Prepare, Cook and Enjoy a meal made to cater to the 7 Points. With the expert guidance of Chef John Biank, you will also learn techniques and tricks to making full flavored, wonderful meals at home.

Chef John Biank was trained at The Culinary Institute of America. In his time as a Chef, John has owned/managed multiple restaurants and regularly caters Private Functions. He currently operates a Holistic Gift Shop and is the President of The Angel Center. www.theangelcenter.org ; The center is a local Oswego Not-For-Profit that supports the community through food and clothing drives, a low cost Thrift Shop, Community Service Awareness programs as well as low cost Classes and Workshops designed to raise your Spiritual Awareness.
