This is added at the last minute but it's a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in hypnosis to attend a full day of class with no obligations.
Linda Williamson, Journey Inward member who is an amazing teacher is offering this great opportunity to experience what hypnosis has to offer with no obligation to see if this is a right fit for you.
Saturday morning, September 12 to 800 E. Northwest Highway , Palatine , IL Room 618. We start right at 9 am and go until 6 pm. Please bring a lunch and something to take notes on.

LynnI am sorry I missed half of it as what I did get to be a part of was absolutely wonderful and uplifting. I forgot to write on my hand in sheet to Linda that I am interested in volunteering. I want more of this wonderful knowledge and tool. The women in the group were all wonderful and I enjoyed listening to them and learning more about myself in doing so. Linda is amazingly insightful and skilled. I really look forward to learning more and practicing what she taught us.

CarmenI am very skeptic about being able to be hypnotized so I went because of my curiousity and because it was free. Linda is a highly accredited hypnotist and an extremely effective and enthusiastic leader. Half of the group is in her class to receive certification so the rest of us were very fortunate to participate in this class. This is an era of New Age and hypnosis is a powerful method of healing. We learned several meditation exercises and ways to turn around negative thoughts. Linda has a 2-hour class once a month and I plan to be there as long as there's no conflict with Erv's meetup nights.

I am looking forward to attending more of Linda's sessions because I learned so much about negativity speech and thought patterns that impact our daily lives without being aware of them but we pay the price thru depression, poor health, etc.
